And we are back! Boom. Gosh I love a good romance that is a duet – seriously, it is the cliffhangers comrades, they always pull me in and when I say Indiscreet gutted me, I mean it was truly a beautifully delicious romance. Getting more of Will and Maggie was perfection, the ending of such a fierce, intense romance was much needed in my weekend.

Indiscreet picks right up where we left off from Discreet, Will and Maggie are rediscovering themselves, evolving their romantic feelings while dealing with the drama and spotlight their world has crumbled towards. I cannot deny that after all the secrets and deception that occurred previously, to see their romance and communication evolve to what it is now – just beautiful. It was hugely relatable dynamic. They are really trying to become one unit, and that is such a powerful backbone in a romance built with their development.

And that passion! Whew. They really had this intense, stunningly powerful chemistry, one that I honestly could not tear my eyes away. Maggie and Will really rotated towards one another.

My only pet peeve – and not really something that hugely deterred my enjoyment, but nonetheless there were some little moments that seemed awkward. I am not sure how to pinpoint it without giving away some spoilage, but I will say this – Will, at many points annoyed me…I liked him, but he is probably the main reason for lowering my rating, something about how he acted from time to time made me want to punch him.

Definitely one for the books in my opinion. Maggie and Will crushed my soul, they tugged at the heartstrings and made me swoon – the romance was just raw, emotional hotness that melted my panties right off my rear! The ending was just perfect. I was desperate for that HEA and it was definitely satisfying!

Definitely an author I will have to continue stalking!!!

Nicole French is an East Coast/West Coast hybrid creature, Springsteen fanatic, hopeless romantic, and total bookworm. When not writing fiction or teaching writing classes, she is hanging out with her family, playing soccer with the rest of the thirty-plus crowd in Seattle, or going on dates with her husband. In her spare time, she likes to go running with her dog, Greta, or practice the piano, but never seems to do either one of these things as much as she should.
