Well tickle my pickle I am in love.

Linde has me hooked like a dorkfish in the middle of an ocean looking at a shiny hotdog – like what’s a hotdog doin’ in the middle of the ocean?!

Sorry… redneck humor; I digress.

In all fairness, Linde is amazing. Her creatively, beautiful characters with such an refreshing writing style has me completely beguiled. I cannot begin to stop gushing over how much I loved this book.

David was just yummy – oh my lanta. I loved his personality. The way he was a friend above all, understanding, very sweet human being. Aside for the mushy yummy, he is this serious brooding type of man that just makes me swoon. Sutton was just a doll. Though I admit I have my pet peeves about her, she seems rather influenced by people too much when it comes to her feelings and her family. But at the same time it is not without reason, I completely sympathize for her situation, with how people act and treat her as well. Sutton though was definitely the sweetest gal ever, and her son – Jason – seriously, a cute gem to the character dynamics.

Their chemistry couldn’t be any swoon worthy and adorable all in one bundle. There was definitely an immediate connection between them, David was more open in the thoughts mostly because he truly cared for her not just romantically but as a true friend. Without getting too much of their friendship build, just the tidbits that I did get as a reader was perfect. It added a more believable situation to their budding romance.

Bottom line, I am beyond in love with this duet. That cliffhanger has me completely conflicted – yes I am crushed. Completely invested in this story, I NEED A HAPPY ENDING. I flipping need things to go the way I want damnit. The emotional wreckage that is my heart needs to be settled… now please.

I will also admit I may or may not have just binge bought the entire Wright Series as it is now… because until I get my twitching hands on The Wright One, I need something to keep me at bay. Amazing. Seriously, just breath taking amazing.
